Strength training for beginners

Strength training for beginners is an 8 week course designed for members who would like to get stronger while learn or improve their technique, posture and confidence while training with variety of gym equipment. Each week will focus on different element of strength training such as form, core stability or progressive overload. The course will take place in small groups of maximum of 6 people under a supervision of an experienced PT to ensure maximum attention on the progress and success of each participant. The course is a unique opportunity to gain knowledge and tools that will last for a lifetime.
